摘要
目的:观察STEM-X对糖尿病大鼠血糖及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的作用。方法:SD大鼠禁食12h后,按50mg.kg-1体质量一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素溶液,建立糖尿病大鼠模型。72h后,以空腹血糖≥15mmol.L-1,作为造模成功的筛选标准。随机分成STEM-X高剂量组、低剂量组和模型组,每组9只。另取10只正常血糖大鼠作为空白组。每7天测一次空腹血糖,4周后禁食12h采血测定SOD。结果:与模型组比较,STEM-X可使血糖降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),能显著提高SOD活力(P<0.05)。结论:STEM-X对糖尿病大鼠血糖无明显作用,但能显著提高SOD活力,具有较强的抗氧化能力。
OBJECTIVE To probe the effect of STEM-X on blood glucose and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum in diabetes mellitus (DM) rats. METHODS DM animal model was made with streptozotocin (STZ, 5(11 mg·kg^-1 ) abdominal injection. 72 h later, rats of blood-fasting glucose level ≥5 mmol·L^-1 were regarded as DM model. Rats were at random divided into 3 groups with 9 rats in each group: STEM-X low dose group, high dose group and model control group. And normal control group was composed of other 10 normal rats, The blood-fasting glucose levels were measured once a week. 4 weeks later the activity of SOD in blood serum was measured after fasting for 12 h. RESULTS STEM-X could decrease the blood glucose level, but it has no significant difference (P〉0. 05). It could markedly increase the activity of SOD (P-0. 05). CONCLUSION STEM-X had no obvious effect on blood glucose level in DM rats, but it can markedly increase the activity of SOD in blood serum in DM rats. It indicates that STEM-X has strong antioxidation function.
