摘要
对中药质量标准化的立法进行了系统的研究,首先指出中药质量标准化是提高中药质量和消除中药进入国际市场瓶颈的必由之路,继而分析目前我国中药质量标准化过程中存在的主要问题,进而从中药材与中药品两个方面探讨中药质量标准化立法建设的基本思路,指出并论证现代科学技术的发展、政府的大力支持是中药质量标准化立法实现的基本保障,最后提出完善中药质量标准化立法的建议。
This is one paper that systematically studies the legislation on Quality Standardization of Chinese Medicine. First, it states that quality standardization on Chinese Medicine is the only way to improve its quality and eliminate the bottleneck to international market. Then, it analyzes main problems existing in the progress of quality standardization on Chinese Medicine, and presents basic considerations to legislation of quality standardization on Chinese Herbal and Finished Chinese Medicine respectively. Meanwhile, it proves that the development of Science and Technology and tangible supporting from government are basic assurances to realize the quality standardization on Chinese Medicine. Last, it suggests how to perfect the legislation on quality standardization of Chinese Medicine.
