摘要 为研究涂层等表面工程零件的摩擦学性能,介绍了一种微磨损试验机的工作原理、结构特点,关键构件的设计思想及实现方法。该试验机可在一定范围内实行载荷、速度、浆料的单因素控制,并可同时定性和定量显示运动中的摩擦因数和磨损体积的大小。 To research the tribological properties of coatings and surface engineered components, a kind of micro-scale wear tester was designed. The micro-scale wear tester' s working principle and structure were introduced, the design idea and realization method of pivotal component were illustrated. Single factors including load, speed and slurry can be controlled in a certain range, the friction to coefficient and wear volume can be displayed qualitatively and quantitatively forthe tester.
