Fault Diagnosis Expert System of Large-scale Press Automatic Produce Line Based on Synthesis Oil Monitoring

根据SGM公司大型冲压自动生产线的润滑和液压系统的实际情况,在综合应用油液监测技术对生产线设备进行状态监测和故障诊断的基础上,采用基于C/S模式的SQLServer2000数据库并且应用VisualBasic开发了专家系统,实现了油样信息的管理、趋势分析和故障诊断等的功能。

According to the lubrication and hydraulic pressure system of large-scale press automatic produce line of SGM Company and in the basis of synthesized applying oil monitoring technology to the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipments in the produce line, the expert system was developed by adopting SQLServer2000 database based on the model of client/sever and using Visual Basic, and the functions of management and edition of oil sample, trend analysis, fault diagnosis and so on were realized.
