松动基牙放置磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复的疗效

Effect of restored loose teeth with magnectic attachment and overdenture

目的:评价松动度1度以内的基牙放置磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复后的牙周状况。方法:选择12例共16颗松动基牙,制作了12副磁性附着体覆盖义齿,修复后12个月复查。观察内容包括基牙牙龈状况、基牙松动度、基牙牙周袋深度及根周齿槽骨吸收情况。结果:松动基牙中9颗(56.3%)牙周状况不变,6颗(56.3%)牙周状况明显改善,1颗(6.3%)牙周状况恶化。10颗(62.5%)出现龈炎。结论:选择松动度1度以内的天然牙作磁性覆盖义齿基牙,可显著改善基牙牙周状况;基牙牙周状况的改善与覆盖义齿支持形式无关,而与基牙本身状况相关;牙周维护应给予高度重视。

Objective：To evaluate periodontal conditions of grade I loose teeth with magnetic attachments after overdentures insertion.Methods：Twelve patients were chosen wearing 12 pieces of overdentures with magnetic attachment,include 16 firmness teeth.The periodontal conditions were observed after 12 months.The content included the degree of mobility,the depth of periodontal pocket and alveolar bone resorption.Results：A great part of the periodontal conditions were stable and better in 15 teeth （93.7%）.Among this,6 periodontal con- ditions were obviously improved.In 1 case the periodontal conditions deteriorated.Ginggivitis appeared in 10 case （62.5%）.Conclusion：The periodontal conditions of loose abutment wearing magnetic attachment and overdenture can be improved.This improvement related to the abutment stability itself and nothing to do with other factors.Peridontal maintenance is very important.
