学科馆员制度是高校图书馆适应高等教育发展新形式下满足用户需求,进一步拓宽服务范围的一项新举措。文章论述了学科馆员制度建立的必要性、方法以及学科馆员的素质要求。参考文献3。
Subject librarian system is a new measure to meet the user＇ s needs and further widen the service scope for academic library to adapt the development of higher education. This paper discusses the necessity, measures of establishing subject librarian system and the quality request of subject librarian. 3 refs.
