摘要
以Inspec数据库的简单介绍为引子,分析了Inspec数据库的主题索引机制,重点解释基于ISI WORK平台的几个重要主题字段:Controlled Index(控制词),Classification Code(分类代码),Treatment Code(处理代码),Chemical index(化学物质索引),Numerical index(数值数据索引),Astronomical Object Indexing(天文学对象索引)的概念、检索方法和应用。
Taking a brief introduction to Inspec database as a beginning, the article tries to analyze the subject index system which is based on ISI WOK platform, and puts emphasis on explaining the concept, searching methods and its application of this system＇s most important subject fields such as Controlled Index, Classification Code, Treatment Code, Chemical index, Numerical index and Astronomical Ojhect Indexing.
