摘要
如何有效控制临床医学专业学位的授予质量、客观公正地评价研究生的临床能力,是目前医学研究生管理部门努力探索的问题。我们通过对首都医科大学麻醉学专业学位硕士研究生临床技能考核结果的分析,试图找出目前临床医学专业学位研究生培养及临床技能考核中存在的实际问题,对如何加强研究生的临床能力考核,客观、全面地评价临床能力作了有益的探讨,并提出了相关意见和建议,以期提高专业学位硕士研究生培养质量。
It is one of the main tasks for the management department to control and evaluate the cultivation quality of postgraduate in clinical medical science in a scientific way. By analyzing the results of clinical ability assessment of the anesthetic postgraduate clinical students in Capital Medical University, this paper tries to find out the existing problem and bring forward some advices to improve the cultivation quality of postgraduates in clinical medical science.
