The college students＇ employment matters much not only to the society harmony and stability, hut also to the reputation and development of the institutions of higher learning. As a subordinate college of medicine, it is necessary to get a clear understanding of the present situation and to firmly establish the working notion that only the high rate of students＇ employment can guarantee an all-round development of the college. Therefore the college must he responsible for the society, students＇ parents as well as for the students themselves and practically strengthen the construction of completely staffing, whole courses, specialization and information resources for the students＇ employment with creative thinking, new system and innovative methods as the means of our work.
