摘要
采用三种含乙烯基的硅烷偶联剂对铝酸盐长余辉发光颜料(夜光粉)SrMgAl4O8:Eu2+,Dy3+进行表面改性。通过水解pH值、电导率、ATR-FTIR、SEM、XRD分别表征了改性前后样品的变化。研究结果表明:YDH-570改性效果最好,且其改性最佳pH值在5.2左右,YDH-171的效果次之,YDH-151的最差。样品余辉衰减曲线表明,表面改性对发光性能影响不大。
Three different vinylsilane coupling agents were applied to modify the long afterglow aluminates SrMgAl4 O8 : Eu^2+ , Dy^3 +. The hydrolyzed pH value, electrical conductivity, ATR - FTIR, SEM and XRD were used to characterize the aluminates before and after modification. Results show that the YDH - 570 gives the best effect with pH value of 5.2, the YDH - 171 is the second, and the YDH - 151 is the worost. The fluorescence intensity decay curves show that modification provide little effect on luminous property.
