摘要
作为知识技术密集型产业的电信业,对国民经济的增长起着举足轻重的作用,技术进步与创新是电信业保持持续、快速、健康发展的根本。本文通过索罗余值法,分析测算了电信技术进步对电信业业务总量增长及国民经济增长的贡献。
As knowledge-intensive industry, telecom holds the balance for the increase of GDP. Technology progress and innovation is the telecom＇s fundamentality for keeping persistent, healthy and fast development. This paper analysises the contribution rate of progress in GDP and telecom-porffolio using Solow Complementary method.
