摘要
环境治理是德国城市规划的理性核心之一。随着百余年来环境科学的发展,德国城市规划的目标设定与控制程序都不断被加以调整。立足于联邦德国城市规划的经验总结,本文为我国生态规划的发展提出了相应的参考建议。
Environmental treatment is one of the basic concepts of urban planning in Germany. Parallel to the development of environmental science, both the goals and the control procedure of German urban planning were unceasingly adjusted. Based on the experiences in FRG, this article gives us some proposals to the ecological planning in China.
