增殖细胞核抗原与转化生长因子β_3在肾母细胞瘤中的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen and Transforming Growth Factor-β3 in Nephroblastoma

目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和转化生长因子β3(TGF-β3)在肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学分别检测PCNA和TGF-β3在9例正常肾组织和21例肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达,比较两者在肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达差异。结果PCNA在肾母细胞瘤和正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为95.23%(20/21)和33.33%(3/9),而TGF-β3在肾母细胞瘤和正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为19.04%(4/21)和66.67%(6/9);PCNA和TGF-β3在肾母细胞瘤中的阳性表达与正常组织相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论PCNA和TGF-β3可能在肾母细胞瘤的发生中起作用,并可能与肾母细胞瘤组织细胞的转化及增殖相关。

Objective To study the expression and significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and transforming growth factor - β3 （ TGF - β3 ） in nephroblastoma. Methods The expressions of PCNA and TGF - β3 in 9 cases of normal kidney and 21 cases of nephroblastoma were respectively tested by immunohistochemistry and the differences of their expression were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of PCNA were respectively 95.23% （2/21） and 33.33% （3/9） in nephroblastoma and normal tissue, but that of TGF - β3 were 19.04% （4/21） and 66. 67% （6/9） in nephroblastoma and normal, respectively. Significant differences of positive expressions of both PCNA and TGF - β3 were found between nephroblastoma and normal（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Both PCNA and TGF - β3 might play roles in tumorgenesis of nephroblastoma and be correlated with the transformation and proliferation of nephroblastoma.
