ERCP对不明原因上腹痛的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of ERCP to Unclear Upper Abdominal Pain

目的ERCP在不明原因上腹痛中的诊断价值。方法对134例不明原因上腹痛患者资料进行回顾性分析,并结合ERCP及不同诊断手段进行对比分析。结果行ERCP检查以前误诊为慢性胃炎:48例,占35.82%;慢性胆囊炎:36例,占26.87%;慢性胰腺炎:16例,占11.94%。行ERCP检查后确诊胆囊及胆总管结石69例,占51.49%;胆总管炎性狭窄及odd is括约肌功能障碍36例,占26.87%。结论ERCP检查明显提高了不明原因的上腹痛的确诊率,具有重要价值。

Objective Diagnostic value of ERCP （endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography） to unclear upper abdominal pain. Methods Retrospectively analyze 134 cases of unclear cause of upper abdominal pain, contrast analyze them with ERCP and other diagnostic methods. Resuits Before the cases were examed by ERCP, 48 cases chronic gastritis （35.82%）, 36 cases of chronic cholecystitis （26. 87 % ）, 16 cases of chronic pancreatitis （ 11.94 % ） were misdiagnosed ; after the cases were examed by ERCP, 69 cases of cholecystis and common duct stones（51.49% ）, 36 cases of choledochitis stenosis and oddis sphincter dysfunction （26.87%） were finally diagnosed. Conclusion ERCP obviously increases definite diagnostic rate of unclear cause upper abdominal pain.
