高频电波刀联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈病变疗效观察

Observation of LEEP and Baofukang in Treating Uterus Cervix Disease

目的总结LEEP术后联合保妇康栓子宫颈病变的疗效。方法采用LEEP联合保妇康栓对130例宫颈病变患者进行治疗,包括:宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINI-Ⅲ)宫颈赘生物,慢性宫颈炎(难治性及复发性宫颈炎、宫颈外翻、颈管炎),观察手术时间,出血量及术后修复情况,对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果LEEP术无需麻醉,手术时间短,平均为3.5min,标本无碳化结果准确,出血量少,平均为4.1ml,并发症少,一次性治愈率高。结论LEEP联使保妇康栓治疗宫颈病变安全有效,注意术后护理及随防,可取得满意疗效。

Objective To sum up the effects of LEEP with Baofukang （herbal medicine） in treatment of the patients with cervix diseases. Methods Both LEEP and Baofukang are used to treat 130 cases patients with cervix diseases, including intraepithelial tumorlike lesion, cervix excrescence, chronic cervicitis, refractoriness recurrence cervicitis,cervical ectropion, cervical duct inflammation etc. Operation time ,hemorrhage volume and repairing condition after the operation were analyzed and summarized. Results LEEP therapy are with some features, such as with less operation time （average 3 nutes）, tissue without carbonization, with no anesthesia, with exact result, with less hemorrhage （ average about 4. 1 ml） ,with less complications and with higher cure rate one time. and Baofukang are safe and effective. And satisfactory treatment result could be made.
