摘要
经分析评估,西部大中型民营企业人力资源招聘管理整体情况良好、正逐步走向规范化,但理念、制度、组织结构、技术等四个层面的原因又导致这些企业的当前招聘管理中仍存在一些问题。基于企业发展战略、建立健全现代人力资源规划,设置专门的人力资源部、完善人力资源管理组织机构,建立健全招聘制度、形成有效选才机制等措施是改进其人才招聘管理现状、提升招聘有效性的出路所在。
According to analysis and assessment, the human resources' recruit management of large and middle scale privately operated enterprises of West China is on the way to standardization. However four reasons which are belief,regulations,organizational structure and technology lead to some problems in their current recruit management. There are several effective solutions to improve the human resources' recruit management, including establishment of modem human resources plan based on the strategy of enterprises' development; setting up special human resources department to perfect organizational system of human resources management ;making regulations of recruit management which can effectively select gifted people in recruit.
