颅内动脉瘤破裂蛛网膜下腔出血的血管内治疗:特殊情况的处理 被引量:1

摘要 由于颅内动脉瘤破裂出血后病死率极高。因此对于临床诊断为颅内动脉瘤破裂蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的患者应尽早施行脑血管造影检查,明确出血原因,早期治疗。
