摘要
相对于其他企业来说,餐饮企业的员工流动率相对较大,容易发生劳动争议,如果处理不当很可能导致劳动纠纷,从而卷入诉讼中。相反,如果处理得当,则可以避免纠纷,为企业的发展创造稳定的环境。本文就餐饮企业如何有效地避免劳动诉讼,浅谈几点看法。
Compared with enterprises in other sectors, staff turnover rate of the catering enterprises is comparatively high, which thereupon labor disputes are more easily occurred and leads to lawsuits if handled improperly. On the contrary, disputes can be avoided if disputes are properly handled creating the stable environment for the enterprises' development. I would like to discuss how the catering enterprises should effectively avoid labor lawsuits in this article.
