帕金森病大鼠丘脑底核的时间相关性放电模式分析 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF TIME-RELATED DISCHARGE PATTERNS OF SUBTHALAMIC NUCLEUS IN PARKINSON'S DISEASE RAT

摘要 为了研究帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)大鼠丘脑底核(subthalamic nucleus,STN)放电模式随时间变化的规律,本文应用6-OHDA(6-羟基多巴胺)建立PD大鼠模型,在立体定向仪的引导下对大鼠进行手术,记录对照组及实验组STN神经元的放电情况,并分析其放电模式。结果表明,6-OHDA导致的PD动物模型成功率可达60%,正常鼠STN的放电包括规则性放电和束发式放电两种模式,但模型鼠束发式的放电比率显著高于对照组。以上结果提示:(1)6-OHDA可以诱导PD模型的建立;(2)PD大鼠STN的放电模式发生了改变,术后束发式放电明显增多。 In order to analyze the time-related changes of discharge pattems of subthalamic nucleus ( STN ) in Parkinson's disease (PD) rats, we constructed a PD model with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). The rats were then operated under stereotaxic apparatus and the discharge of STN neurons were recorded and analyzed in both control and experimental groups. The success ratio of making PD model by using 6-OHDA in the present study could account to 60%. Both experimental and control groups exhibited normal and burst discharges, but the percentage of the latter was higher in the PD animals. These results indicate that: ( 1 ) 6-OHDA can induce PD animal model ; ( 2 ) The firing patterns change in the STN of PD rats with the burst-type discharge increasing significantly.
