胎儿海马内自分泌运动因子及其受体免疫反应阳性细胞的观察

摘要 为了观察自分泌运动因子及其受体在胎儿海马内的表达及分布特点,本研究应用免疫细胞化学技术显示胎儿海马内自分泌运动因子及其受体免疫反应阳性细胞。结果显示:17周时胎儿海马锥体细胞层内有自分泌运动因子及其受体的表达。随着胎龄的增长免疫反应阳性强度逐渐增强。提示自分泌运动因子及其受体可能参与海马锥体细胞层内细胞的迁移、发育等过程。 To observe the distribution and expression of autocrine motility factor (AMF) and its receptor in the hippocampus of human fe tuses, the distribution of AMF and its receptor immunoreactive cells in the hippocampus of human fetuses were investigated by immunocyto- chemical technique. AMF and its receptor positive cells began to appear in pyramidal layer in the 17th fetal hippocampus. With the development of fetus, the immunoreactivity intensity of AMF and its receptor became stronger gradually. These results suggest that AMF and its receptor are concerned with the procedure of immigration and development of cells in the pyramidal cell layer of hippocampus.
