人工诱变获得四倍体玫瑰香葡萄的研究

Study on Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg with Good Quality

用２０００ｍｇ／Ｌ的秋水仙素溶液处理玫瑰香葡萄茎的生长点４５小时，获得了优质葡萄玫瑰香的同源四倍体。四倍体比原二倍体玫瑰香果粒显著增大，成熟期提早１０天左右，并保持了二倍体玫瑰香原有的色、香、味。

Grape cultivar Muscat Hamburg is famous for its sour sweet flavour and rich fragrance. Treating its tip of the vine with 0.2% colchicine for 45h,an artificial inducing mutant of autotetraploid grape of cv. Muscat Hamburg was obtained,which is characterized by the number of chromosome 2n=4x=76. The fruit size of the autotetraploid is 63% larger than that of the diploid one in average,and the ripening date is 10 days earlier than the diploid parent. The autotetraploid grape also inherits the good quality of the diploid Muscat Hamburg. For these reasons,the artificial inducing autotetraploid grape Muscat Hamburg is worth for popularization. At present,more than 5000 plants of the autotetraploid grape have been propagated and put into use in production.
