基于空间统计的重庆市渝中区地价房价分布规律

Distribution Laws of Land Price and Estate Price in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City Based on Spatial Statistics

针对房地产研究领域中房价与地价关系,从房价和地价空间分布特征、房价与地价空间关系以及房价与地价空间趋势分析3个方面着手,在GIS空间统计支持下从区位角度出发,利用趋势分析、变异函数、Voronoi图和剖面图的方法研究房价、地价空间分布特征,对重庆市渝中区房价与地价分异特征进行实证研究。

According to relationship between estate price and land price in the research domain of real estate, based on the analysis on 3 aspects of the spatial distribution character, relationship and trend of estate price and land price, the methods of trend analysis, variance function, Voronoi map and section map was used to study the spatial distribution characters of estate price and land price from the angel of location under the support of GIS spatial statistic and make a demonstration research on the distribution characters of estate price and land price of Yuzhong district in Chongqing city.
