摘要
通过对毕节地区不同叶位的122个烤烟叶片进行化学成分和物理特性的检测,了解毕节烟叶的等级特性差异。结果表明,不同叶位间烟叶的烟碱和总氮含量差异均达极显著水平,其中部烟叶的变异度均最大,上部烟叶均最小;总糖和还原糖含量略高于正常值,中部叶含量均最高,与上、下部烟叶差异达到极显著水平;3个叶位的钾氯比协调,叶位间叶片的叶长、叶宽、单叶重和叶片密度的差异都达到显著或极显著水平;除氯离子外,物理特性指标与部分化学成分指标的相关性均达到显著或极显著水平。
In order to learn the difference of tobacco laminas from different stalk position in Bijie, 122 samples of tobacco laminas were researched to chemical components and physical property. The results showed that it was significantly difference of nicotine and total nitrogen in different stalk position. Variance degree of that in middle leaves was highest, upper laminas was lowest. The content of total sugar and reducing sugar was a bit higher than normal range. The highest contend of total sugar and reducing sugar both were middle leaves, there was significantly difference between middle and upper or lower lamina. The ratio of K^+ to Cl^- was harmonious. There was difference or significantly difference of among leaf length, leaf width, weight per leaf, leaf density of different tobacco laminas. Except for Cl^- , there was difference or significantly difference between physical property and part chemical components.
