Study on Cleaning and Dissolving the Rural Debts and Its Countermeasures

通过对银川市三辖区乡村两级债务的调查,找出产生债务的根本原因,并提出化解债务的具体措施。

Based on the investigation on the debt at the township and village levels in three popedoms of Yinchuan city, the basic reasons of the rural debts were found out. And some concrete measures for dissolving the rural debts were put forward.
