我国西部农村准公共产品的供给模式选择

Choice of Supply Patterns of Quasi-public Products in Western Countryside of China

我国西部农村准公共产品的供给一方面存在总量不足、质量不高的问题,另一方面又有"过剩"的现象存在,其主要原因是政府对农村准公共产品的资金投入严重不足,不合理的农村准公共产品供给决策机制等。因此,必须改革和创新我国西部农村准公共产品的供给模式。

On the one hand, the supply of quasi-public products in westem countryside of China had problems of insufficient total amount and low quality and on the other hand, there was ＂surplus＂ phenomena in the supply of quasi-public products. The main reasons were that the fmancial input of govemment on quasi-public products in countryside was seriously insufficient and the supply decision-making mechanism of quasi-public products in countryside was unreasonable and so on. So, the supplying pattem of quasi-public products in we.stem countryside of China must be reformed and innovated.
