摘要
本文在易县农业银行资金运营调查的基础上，分析了易县农业银行转变为商业银行所出现的问题，提出农村金融改革应服务于农村经济发展的总目标，并探讨了相应对策。
This paper, based on the investigation of fund revolving in the Yixian Agricultural Bank,analyses the problems in turing an agricultural bank into a commercial bank and puts forward a general goal and some relevent methods to make the rural financial reform to serve the rural economic development.
