血清酶校准品在不同检测系统中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过观察4种酶校准品在6套不同检测系统的使用情况,探讨酶校准品适用性。方法:应用Beckman、Roche cfas、Dade、Randox4种校准品分别对BECKMAN.LX20临床生化系统及日立7170生化仪各自与希森美康、朗道试剂组成的检测系统进行校正,在校正前后测定60份新鲜血清和Beckman、Rochecfas、Dade、Randox4种校准品的ALT、AST、GGT及LDH活性,然后用各校准品标示值与测定值之比作为校正因子,校正60份新鲜血清的测定结果,最后进行校正前后的结果比较和校准品可转换性分析。结果:校正前各检测系统的测定结果CV值在4.39%-19.51%之间,校正后各检测系统的测定结果CV值在5.20%-16.51%之间,校准后差异并没有缩小。但以Beckman校准品校正的BECKMAN.LX20临床生化系统/原装试剂测定结果CV值最小。酶标准品可转换性分析结果为Beckman校准品仅适合于BECKMAN.LX20临床生化系统。结论:酶校准品的校正有专一性,以使用仪器原厂提供的专用试剂和校准品为佳。
