摘要 介绍了聚乳酸(PLA)熔喷非织造布的加工研制过程。通过对所制PLA熔喷非织造布进行电镜分析、过滤效率和透气性能测试,分析干燥过程、熔喷模头温度、热空气温度和压力(速度)、狭缝宽度等熔喷工艺参数对产品性能的影响。结果表明:PLA可在190~230℃进行熔喷法非织造布生产,220℃时纺丝效果最佳。随热空气温度增加,纤维直径有所增加;随热空气压力(速度)增大,纤维卷曲度下降;随狭缝宽度增大,纤维直径增大,卷曲度下降;这些热空气参数对PLA熔喷布的过滤性能和透气性可产生较大的影响。 It introduced the manufacture technology of polylactic acid (PLA) meltblows. Through the SEM images, filtration efficiency and permeability test of the meltblowns, it analyzed the production parameters that affected the performance of PLA mehblowns, such as drying process, spinneret temperature, hot air temperature and press (velocity), the width of air gap. The results showed that PLA was a good material for meltblowing process and its spinning temperature was 190-230 ℃ with the perfect temperature of 220 ~C. The diameter of fiber increased with the increase of hot air temperature. And the crimp degree of fiber decreased with the increase of hot air press (velocity). Also with the increase of air gap width, the diameter of fiber increased and crimp degree decreased. Furthermore the performance of the PLA meltblowns was affected accordingly by these hot air parameters.
