摘要 为了提高淀粉浆料的上浆性能,在淀粉浆液中添加纳米助剂,研究纳米微粒对淀粉浆纱效果的促进作用,并通过对比实验揭示这些微粒的化学组成及粒径对淀粉上浆性能的影响。实验结果表明:在淀粉浆料中添加纳米粉体材料之后,其浆纱耐磨性提高,毛羽降低;纳米微粒的化学组成及粒径对淀粉的浆纱性能有显著影响;SiO2比TiO2更有利于改善淀粉的上浆性能;且粒径越小,对淀粉上浆性能的促进作用就越强。 For improving the sizing performance of starch, nano-auxiliaries were incorporated into the starch, and the promoting effect of nano--auxiliaries to sizing with starch was investigated. The influences of chemical composition and particle size of nanoparticles upon the sizing behavior of the starch were evaluated through comparative experiments. It was discovered that the abrasion resistance of the sized yarns increases and the hairiness reduces through blending the nanoparticles with starch pastes. Moreover, the chemical composition and particle size of the nanoparticles show evident effect upon the performance of the sized cotton yams. SiO: is superior to TiO: in enhancing sizing behavior. The smaller the particle size, the better the promoting effect to starch sizing.
