摘要
行政伦理法制化是社会发展的需要,也是当今政府克服困境的迫切要求。纳入法制化的伦理精神,实现服务型政府行政伦理法制化的实现,有益于实现人的价值,实现公共利益最大化。
Legalization of service- oriented government＇s administrative ethics is the needs of social development, as well as the urgent requirements by the current government to overcome the plights. This paper analyzes the ethical spirits that should he incorporated into the legal system and ways to realize the legalization of service- oriented government＇s administrative ethics.
