摘要
通过对造船企业激励机制现状的调查与分析,指出其存在整体的激励与约束机制尚未形成、科学的绩效综合考评体系尚未建立以及激励方式简单化、短期化等问题。针对造船企业技术人才激励机制存在的问题,重点研究了模糊综合考评法的评价指标体系,并提出了采用股票期权进行长期激励的相关建议。
By investigating and analyzing the status quo of incentive-mechanism in shipbuilding enterprises,this article points out the problem in the absence of overall incentive and restraint mechanisms, of the system of scientific comprehensive evaluation of performance,and simplification and short-term of incentive. To solve these problems,some suggestions have been put forward as to set up a fuzzy synthetic evaluation index system,and take the stock options as the the long-term incentive measure.
