光温敏核不育水稻雄性不育性的遗传与育种学研究

A STUDY OF THE HEREDITY AND BREEDING IN STERILITY OF PHOTO-THERMOPERIOD SENSITIVE GENIC MALE STERILE RICE

对农垦 58S,安农 S- 1,衡农 S- 1等光温敏核不育系及衍生不育系的雄性不育性进行了遗传与育种学研究 .提出了光温敏核不育水稻雄性不育性遗传的“重复基因位点平行突变假说”,对影响光温敏雄性不育性表达的遗传背景进行了新的解释 ,并提出了光温敏核不育水稻“生态遗传分类理论”和选育实用型光温敏核不育水稻的原理与技术路线 .在此基础上 ,选育出温光弱感型光敏核不育系“30 88S”和两系杂交水稻新组合“培两优 2 88”.

From 1986 to 1996,we have researched on the heredity and breeding in sterility of photoperiod (thermoperiod) sensitive genic male rice (PSGMR) of Nongken58S,Annong S 1 and so on.A hypothesis of paralled mutation on the duplicate gene loci has been advanced to explain the genetic background of fertility of PSGMR.The ecological genetic classification of the selection principle and technical selection route of utilization of “bridging between Japonica and Indica” about PSGMR have been advanced as well.3088S PSGMR and a new two line hybrid rice combination Peiliangyou 288 have been bred.
