摘要
微格教学法作为一种新的培训教学技能的方法不断的运用于各种技能的培训当中。在游泳的教学当中,教师采用微格教学法进行动作技能的教学,有利于学生更充分的运用感觉器官和运动器官建立一个完整的游泳技术动作表象;学生从中学习提高了对游泳技术动作的分析、观察、判断和评价的能力,而且能够进一步的调动学生主动参与的积极性,提高学习兴趣,效果明显优于传统教学方法,是一种值得推广的教学方法。
The micro-teaching method as one new training teaching skill is continuously applied in different kinds of training. During swimming teaching, the teacher uses the micro-eaching method to carry on technical ability teaching to take full advantages of utilization sense organ and the movement organ to establish a complete swimming technology movement representation. The students enhance the swimming technology movement analysis, observation and judgment and appraisal ability. Moreover it could mobilize further enthusiasm, enhance study interest. Through testing the result of the scientific analysis, this article has made the comparison with the interaction teaching as well as the traditional teaching method.
