摘要
在室内对来自湖南嘉禾、郴县、永州、永兴、桂阳和湘西等 2 3个烟区青枯病发病较轻的烟地根际土壤进行细菌分离 ,获得 317个菌株 .测定了这些菌株对青枯菌拮抗性 ,筛选出有明显抑菌作用的菌株 4 8个 ,其中最有效的拮抗菌株 10个 .对该 10个菌株相互之间的拮抗性测定结果表明 ,有 6个菌株相互之间无拮抗作用 ,可在烟草青枯病的生物防治中应用 .
In laboratory 317 bacterial strains have been isolated from 62 samples of tobacco soils collected from 23 regions of Hunan.The inhibiting effects of these strains against Pseudomonas solanacearum have been tested.The result shows that 48 strains are effective,of which 10 strains are most effective.Among the 10 strains,6 strains have no inhibiting effects on one another.They may be mix used in biological control of bacterial wilt of tobacco.
