TDP灯辐射对花生营养器官解剖结构的影响

摘要 本文对经过TDP灯分别辐射1h、3h、5h的花生营养器官(根、茎、叶)解剖结构进行了显微观察,比较了不同辐射剂量下营养器官解剖结构的主要区别,讨论了辐射后花生产量增产与营养器官形态建成的相关性。 Microscop observations for anatomic the structures of vegetative organs(root, stem and leaf) of Arachis hypogaea L. under TDP lamp for 1 hour, 3 hours, and 5 hours radiation were made in the present paper.It showed that therewere obvious differences from the contrast in the structure. The relationshipbetween the output increase and the morphological formation of the vegetativeorgans of Arachis hypogaea L. after radiation treatment was discussed. Theexperimental result indicated that 1 hour radiation was the best.
