湖北省健康青少年及成人外周血T淋巴细胞正常值研究

Measurement of the normal values of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in healthy adolescents and adults in Hubei Province

目的 建立湖北省健康青少年及成人外周血T淋巴细胞正常参考值。方法 用Multi TEST4色荧光抗体对342例10～59岁湖北健康青少年及成人外周血进行标记，用BD公司FACS Calibur流式细胞仪检测并分析结果，SPSS13．0软件进行统计学处理。结果 湖北10～59岁健康青少年及成人外周血CD3^＋、CD4^＋ CD3^＋和CD8^＋CD3^＋绝对数及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值均值分别为（1427．94±481．93）／mm^3，（865．73±289．97）／mm^3，（556．64±249．70）／mm^3，1．72±0．65；CIX、CD4^＋CD3^＋和CD8^＋CD3^＋百分率分别为（67．88±8．56）％，（41．40±6．53）％，（26．48±7．15）％。T淋巴细胞绝对数在不同性别间差异无统计学意义，但CD3^＋和CD4^＋CD3^＋百分率差异有统计学意义。10～18岁青少年T淋巴细胞正常值与19～59岁成人的相比较有统计学意义。结论 初步建立了湖北省健康青少年及成人外周血T淋巴细胞正常参考值。应分别建立青少年和成人的T淋巴细胞正常参考值及抗病毒治疗标准，为艾滋病防治工作提供参考。

Objective To establish reference values of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in healthy adolescents and adults in Hubei Province. Methods The samples of peripheral blood taken from 342 healthy adolescent and adults aged between 10 and 59 years were stained with MultiTEST 4 colors fluorescent-conjugated monoclonal antibodies, the T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed with BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer, and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results The mean CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ CD3^＋ , and CD8^＋ CD3^＋ absolute count and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ rate among the studied healthy adolescents and adults were （1 427.94 ±481.93）/mm^3, （865.73 ± 289.97）/mm^3, （556.64 ±249.70）/ mm^3 and 1.72 ± 0.65 respectively;The mean CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ CD3^＋ and CD8^＋ CD3^＋ percentage were （67.88 ±8.56 ） %, （41.40± 6.53 ） % and （26.48 ± 7.15） % respectively. There were no significant difference in the values of T lymphocyte subsets absolute count between different genders,but there were significantly difference in the CD3＋ and CD4^＋ CD3^＋ percentage between different genders. There were extraordinary significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets values between adolescent aged 10 - 18 years and adults aged 19 - 59 years. Conclusion The reference values of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in healthy adolescents and adults in Hubei Province were preliminarily established. To provide evidence for HIV/AIDS control and prevention it will be neccessary to establish respective reference values of T lymphocyte subsets and ART criteria for healthy adolescents and adults.
