水洗条件下毛粘织物起毛起球性能的探讨

Discuss of fuzz and pilling of wool/rayon blended fabric on wash condition

文章以毛粘织物为例,对织物水洗前后的起毛起球性能进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,水洗对毛粘织物起毛起球影响较大,在相同的干磨实验条件下,经水洗的织物要比未水洗的织物起球个数、毛球重量大很多,而水洗对于织物中纤维的重量损失影响不大。

The paper has researched the fuzz and pilling of the wool/rayon blended fabric by contrasting with dry and wash condition. The result showed that wash was very important to the fabric pilling perfomance. With experiment, it found that wash condition had larger influences to fabric fuzz and pilling performance. Under the same experiment condition, the number and weight of pilling of the fabric washed are more than those of the fabric not washed. The washing has little influence to the weight of the fabric.
