Design on structure of Great Client Management Information System of railway freight transport

随着我国国民经济的快速发展,运输需求不断增长。为确保重点运输,巩固和扩大货运市场,需要对运量较大、缴费较多的铁路重点客户(简称大客户)实行统一管理和服务。要实现上述目标,必须通过以大客户为核心的管理系统来实现。从大客户系统的总体框架出发,对系统的体系结构、网络结构和软硬件环境进行了阐述。

With the fast development of national economy in our country, the demand of transport was rising continuously. To ensure the transport of important goods and materials, strengthen and expand the market of freight transport, it was needed to unified management and service for the great client. The Great Client Management Information System of railway freight tromsport was designed to implement this aim. It was described the system structure, the network structure, software and hardware.
