摘要
研究了锌对茶鲜叶品质及膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:质量分数W为0.001~0.005的ZnSO4均能有效增加茶鲜叶氨基酸和还原糖含量,低浓度效果更佳;锌还能提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性。与此同时,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,说明锌能减少自由基对膜的伤害,促进茶树的生长代谢。
The physilogical effect of Zinc on leaves of tea was studied in this paper.The results showed that 0.1 ̄0.5% ZnSO 4 could increase the content of amine acids and glucose,advance the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in leaves of tea.In addition,ZnSO 4 could also reduce the activity of POD and PPO.All of these effects indicated that Zn ++ might promote metabolism of tea plant by inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
