基于AFM的血管生成素与其核酸识体(Aptamer)的相互作用力 被引量:2

摘要 基于原子力显微镜(AFM)力测定技术研究了血管生成素与其核酸识体(Aptamer)之间的相互作用力,并与一系列对照实验中测量的相互作用力进行了比较.结果表明,血管生成素与其Aptamer之间存在着特异性相互作用.另外,采用Poisson统计的方法计算出血管生成素与其Aptamer间的单分子相互作用力为(133.7±11.7)pN.这些研究结果的获得有望为更好地揭示血管生成素与Aptamer的识别机理,进一步解释Aptamer对血管生成素活性的抑制作用提供依据.
