中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻

Sticky Intestinal Obstruction Treated with Combination of TCM and WM

[目的]探讨粘连性肠梗阻中西医结合治疗的疗效。[方法]对22例粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料进行分析。[结果]22例中,10例单纯的西医保守治疗,7例4～7天痊愈,2例有效,1例转手术治疗;12例经中西医结合治疗,11例3～5天痊愈,有效1例。[结论]中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻比单纯性西医保守治疗疗效要好,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of the combination of TCM and WM on sticky intestinal obstruction, [Method] Make analysis on the clinical data of 22 cases of sticky intestinal obstruction, [Result]In 10 cases of pure WM treatment, 7 were cured after 4-7 days, 2 had effect, 1 was transferred to operation： in 12 of combination of TCM and WM, 11 cured after 2-5 days, 1 had effect. [Conelusion]The combination of TCM and WM is better than pure western conservative therapy on sticky in testinal obstruction, worthy clinical promotion.
