两种三联方案根除幽门螺杆菌的效价比分析关系

Effect Price Ratio to Two Plans of Tri-combination Removing H.Pylori

[目的]观察奥美拉唑三联疗法与枸橼酸铋钾(CBS)三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的效果。[方法]胃镜证实的Hp阳性的胃炎患者120例,随机分成奥美拉唑三联组60例枸橼酸铋钾三联组60例,疗程1周,疗程结束4周后用C13-UBT复查Hp,观察Hp根除率;胃镜证实的Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者90例,随机分成奥美拉唑三联组45例枸橼酸铋钾三联组45例,三联治疗1周,随后分别以奥美拉唑和枸橼酸铋钾治疗6周,疗程结束后4周后复查胃镜,观察Hp根除率、溃疡愈合率。[结果]胃炎患者奥美拉唑组与枸橼酸铋钾组Hp根除率分别为93.33%(56/60)和90%(54/60),两种根除Hp比较差异无显著性;消化性溃疡患者奥美拉唑组与枸橼酸铋钾组Hp根除率分别为95.56%(43/45)和91.11%(41/45)比较无显著性差异,溃疡愈合率奥美拉唑组与枸橼酸铋钾组分别为97.78%(44/45)和82.22%(37/45)比较有显著性差异。[结论]治疗胃炎两种方案效果类似但枸橼酸铋钾方案更价廉;消化性溃疡宜选择奥美拉唑方案。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Omerazole and CBS tri-combination therapy on removing Hp. [Method] Randomly divide gastritis patients 120 cases with postive Hp into tri-combination group of Omerazole and control group of CBS, both for 1 week. After 4 weeks, use C^13 -UBT to test Hp, observe the Hp removing rate; divide Hp-positive digestive ulcer patients 90 cases into the groups above 45 in each group; after 1 week of tri-eombination therapy, treat with Omerazole and CBS for 6 weeks; retest Hp removing rate 4 weeks after treatment, observe the Hp removing rate and ulcer cure rate. [Result] For the gastritis patients, the removing rates were 93.33 % （56/60） and 90 % （54/60） respectively, there was no marked difference; for the ulcer patients, they were 95.56 % （43/45） and 91.11 % （41/45） respectively, no difference too ; on ulcer cure rates, they were 97.78% （44/45） and 82.22 % （37/45） respectively, with marked difference. [Conelusion] The two plans treating gastritis are similar to CBS, but cheaper; the Omerazole plan should be chosen for digestive ulcer.
