摘要
糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,也是致盲的重要原因。目前西医治疗DR的手段丰富,总体疗效不够理想,而中医药潜力很大,将十年来有关文献从病因病机、辩证论治、方药治法等方面简要综述,以期发现规律。
Diabetes Retina Pathological Change（DR） is one of the common chronic complicatures of diabetes,also the key reason of blindness. Presently,western medicine is richful in treating DR,but the total curative effect is not good,while TCM has much potiential. The article makes simple review from causa morbi, mechanism, treating from differentiation of signs, formula and methods by referring to the documents of the recent 10 years,hoping to find the discipline.
