摘要
跑道不停航加铺工程要求在较短的时间内完成助航灯光的恢复或者更新工作。由于工艺流程简单,对其他工序影响较小等原因,二次电缆一般采用嵌入式线槽结构。但对道面结构将产生较多的不利影响。该文采用ABAQUS软件,通过有限元数值分析,对比了嵌入式和预埋式二次电缆线槽结构在飞机荷载作用下的结构响应规律。通过两种结构对于道面结构的力学影响机理分析,论证了预埋式施工技术的合理性,为逐步推广应用预埋式线槽结构提供了理论依据。
The runway non-suspending air service paving project is required to complete the recovery or renewing work of air navigation aid in the shorter time. Owing to the reasons of simple technology flow and smaller influence on the other working procedures,the secondary cable is generally used by the inserting wire casing structure,which will produce more disadvantage influence on the pavement structure. The article uses ABAQUS software to analyze and compare the structural respond rules of the inserting and the embedded secondary cable wire casing structures through the finite element value. Through the analysis of two structures of mechanics influence mechanism on the pavement structure,the article demonstrates the rationality of the embedded construction technique to provide the theoretical basis for spreading and applying the embedded wire casing structure step by step.
