摘要
以培养5d的大豆油菜幼苗为材料,研究辐射敏感性与VC、VE、MDA和SOD的关系。结果表明,随辐照剂量的增大,幼苗下胚轴中VC、VE的含量逐渐下降,膜脂过氧化物丙二醛的含量逐渐上升,超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先增后减趋势。辐照后的幼苗分别在VC、VE中培养5h,均可提高大豆和油菜幼苗超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醇含量。
The effect of irradiation and VC,VE on the crop's radiosensitivity and level of membrance lipid peroxidation were investigated in the seeding's hypocotyl of soybean and rape. The results were as follows: The content of VC、VE was decreasing, of MDA was increasing with the crease irradiation dose. The influnence of irradiation on the activity of SOD in the hypocotyl of two kinds of crops took on similar change law; namely, SOD activity increased first, then decreased. Meanwhile, SOD activity of two kinds of crops was enhanced and MDA content reduced by VC、VE culture-treatment as compared with control. So VC and VE had the function of reducing radio-sensitivity, and alleviating the degress of membrance lipid peroxidation.
