套筒石灰窑用镁铝尖晶石砖的研制和应用 被引量:5

摘要 以电熔尖晶石(4~1.5mm,〈0.088mm)、97电熔镁砂(5~2mm,〈2mm)、96电熔镁砂(〈0.088mm)、中档镁砂(5~2mm,〈2mm,〈0.088mm),高纯镁砂(5—2mm,〈2mm,〈0.088mm)和仅-A12O3(〈0.088mm)为原料,亚硫酸纸浆废液为结合剂,配料后混练,在630t压力机上成型。入隧道干燥器中,于110℃=下干燥16h后,在超高温隧道窑中分别于1740℃=和1760℃=保温6h烧成,制得镁铝尖晶石砖。结果表明:通过优化试验配方和烧成温度,研制出了具有较高耐压强度和抗热震性优异的高档镁铝尖晶石砖。该制品替代镁铬砖和镁砖用在套筒石灰窑的关键部位,取得了良好的使用效果。 Magnesia-alumina spinel bricks were prepared using fused spinel(4- 1..5 mm, 〈0.088 mm),97 fused magnesite (5-2 mm, 〈2 mm), 96 fused magnesite( 〈0.088 mm),middle grade magnesite(5 -2 mm, 〈2 mm, 〈0.088 mm), high purity magnesite(5 - 2 mm, 〈2 mm, 〈0.088 mm) and α-Al2O3 ( 〈0.088 mm) as starting materials, lignosulfite as binder, after matching, mixing,shaping by 630 t pressing machine, drying at 110 ℃ for 16 h in tunnel dry kiln,followed by firing in ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln at 1 740℃ and 1 760 ℃ for 6 h respectively. The results indicated that. High quality magnesia - alumina bricks with high crushing strength and good thermal shock resistance were prepared by optimizing the formula and firing temperature. The bricks have been used for key parts of lime sleeve kiln to replace magnesia -chrome brick and magnesia brick, and achieved good service results.
