Effects of zero relation on navigational environment safety evaluation in fuzzy comprehensive assessment

为更合理地评价水域航行环境,确保航行安全,在分析影响船舶航行安全主要因素的基础上,建立船舶航行环境安全评价模型,探讨零关系的取舍对评价结果的影响.结果表明:不能因为某些指标的隶属度为零就将其舍去,否则将降低评价结果的可信度.

To evaluate the navigational environment more reasonably and ensure navigation safety, the navigational environment safety evaluation model is established based on analysis on main factors that affect navigation safety. The evaluation result affected by accepting zero relation or not is discussed. It is shown that, some evaluation indexes can＇ t be abandoned even if their memberships are zero ; otherwise, the credibility of the evaluation results will be reduced.
