滨海型城区旅游地竞争力评价体系构建

Construction of competitiveness evaluation system on tourism of coastal cities

为对滨海型城区旅游地竞争力进行评价,在分析滨海旅游发展现状和前景的基础上,界定滨海型城区的概念并提出影响旅游发展的因素,引入层次分析法,将定性和定量方法结合,构建适合滨海型城区旅游地竞争力的评价体系.运用该体系,对上海、大连和三亚等3地的竞争力进行评价.该方法在评价比较旅游地竞争力的同时,能够把握其在发展过程中的优势和制约因素,为进一步开发和规划滨海城区旅游地提供理论基础和实践依据.

To evaluate the competition of tourism of coastal cities, based on analyzing the status and propects of developing coastal tourism,the concept of coastal city and the factors affering touring is presented and AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） is introduced into construction of the evaluation system using qualitative and quantitative methods. The system is applied to evaluate tourism competitiveness of Shanghai, Dalian and Sanya. The result shows that the method provides theoretial foundation and practical basis for the further development and program of tourism of coastal cities by evaluating the comparative competition and defining the advantages and restrictions in its developing process.
