摘要
指出组织和个人对知识共享存在重大的意见分歧,其根源在于他们之间的"信息不对称",由"信息不对称"衍生出知识共享的低成本与知识创新的高成本、知识创新的长期性与知识应用的短期性和失败共享障碍等几对矛盾。认为解决"信息不对称"造成的知识共享障碍应该从分析员工的心理状态和心理需求入手,从员工作为知识供给和需求者双重角色出发,建立"双赢"市场机制,从而建立合理的组织知识共享贡献评价体系,并加强员工对企业组织未知知识贡献的评价权重。
Organizations and individuals are divided in their opinions about knowledge sharing, while this divergence can be contributed to information asymmetry between organizations and its staffs. Information asymmetry may also lead to several other contradictions, such as the low-cost sharing and high-cost creation of knowledge, the long process in knowledge creation and the short applicable period. The conqueror of obstacles in knowledge sharing resulted from information asymmetry should be started by comprehending individuals' psychological status and requirements, by establishing a double-win institution for both organizations and individuals and by setting up effective knowledge sharing contribution assessment system. At the same time, the individuals' contribution to unknown knowledge should be weighted.
