针对国内外数字参考咨询服务质量评价体系的研究与应用概况的介绍,着重对美国VRD数字参考服务质量指标体系与CSDL的分布式数字参考咨询系统服务评价指标体系之异同进行分析,提出咨询服务政策、评估、培训、宣传及指标应用需要注意的事项,以期对国内数字参考咨询服务质量评价指标体系的制定提供参考。

Aiming at the digital reference service quality evaluation system of research and application profiles, the paper focuses on the United States VRD digital reference service quality indicator system and the distributed CSDL digital referenCe system evaluation index system, analyzes their differences, and points out some problems of domestic digital reference service quality evaluation index system with the view that it plays a certain reference value in the digital reference service quality evaluation index system.
